I’m up to date on the Isabelle Vautier SAL I’m stitching, following Corinne on her blog.
For this stage we finished stitching all the letters on the left – I love the shapes of the M and N.
Next stage will be given on 15th April.

Lovely Claire, what fabric are you using, it looks all silky in the photo?
fabric is called “Trento” by Zweigart. It’s 45% cotton 55% rayon so it’s not as rigid as linen but it’s lovely to stitch on. It’s not silky (that must be an optical illusion lol) but it’s definitely a great fabric
The letters and hearts are lovely and you’re using a nice shade of red. I know I need to find some softer fabric on which to stitch.
this fabric is rather like aida to the touch although it’s an evenweave. I love it because it’s “starchy” enough not to need a hoop to stitch, but yet quite soft too
It’s lovely! I like the little hearts peeping through 🙂
that’s one of the trade marks of Isabelle Vautier – there are always little hearts speckled here and there ^^
Looking great Claire! Where do you find the info on her SAL?
Paula
the SAL is organised by Corinne – here is a link to the second update

but she doesn’t supply the chart – everyone needs to buy their own copy
