Is it me, or did those last 3 weeks simply fly by? I don’t feel like I had time to blink and we’re almost approaching the end of January! Time to link up with fellow SAL members
Avis, Claire, Gun, Christina, Kathy, Margaret,
Heidi, Jackie, Sunny, Megan, Deborah, Sharon, Daisy,
AJ, Cathie, Linda, Helen, Connie, Cindy, MaryMargaret
and show updates on the projects we’re working on. Everyone os working on a different project, at her own pace, that’s the joy of this SAL. Just a group meet-up every 3 weeks to motivate each other and share progress. Last time I was here
For this time, it might not look much, but I’ve filled in all the white stitching of the bath tub, some of the knickers and a bit of horizon.
That is a lot of stitching! It never looks like you stitched much when you fill in with white on a white background. I can’t believe January is coming to a close either. Enjoy your stitching!
bathtub was nice & easy to do because it was just filling in
More than halfway there already, I think you’re making good progress!
not sure if I’m actually halfway, but I do feel like things are moving along
That’s a lot of stitching on the bath! It looks a fun project
it’ll be more fun once backstitch comes into play, but I think I’ll save that for last
I wonder how many times you get to talk about knickers in a post! It is looking great.
maybe only once more ^^
This is taking shape and you have made good progress but I ‘m with you – where has January gone!
thanks Daisy ^^
Brilliant progress! It might be a good idea to stitch up those holey knickers before she puts them on 😀
I can’t decide if that bra & knickers are meant to be her undies or a bikini. Colour & motif is the same as the dress of the lady in “Getting Ready”. Do you think she has undies that match her dress?
I thought they seemed familiar. Maybe she upcycled the dress 😉
maybe she did!
Bet you are soooo happy the bath tub is finished! Well done Claire!
yes bath tub represented quite a chunk ^^
That bathtub is looking very luxurious and relaxing 🙂
a shame there are no bubbles ^^
Wow, that´s a lot of stitching done!
I wish I had a day off like the woman is having in this project! It’s looking wonderful!
Well done, this is coming along quite lovely.
Hello Claire, beautiful work as always!
3 weeks have flown by, beautiful stitching and fun pattern
