I still haven’t got around to doing my finishings of the June mystery SAL . . . so can’t show you that, complete with backstitch yet. However, I have jumped in and begun following Hélène’s July mystery SAL regardless.
I’m a little bit behind schedule, but should manage to catch up over the next few days. Stages are very quick to stitch and this design looks like it’s going to be quite small.

Hmm, doesn’t look much for the moment, but there will be lots more colours to add.
Other craftiness this past week has involved some hand-quilting.
You can’t see very well in the photo, but I’m quilting (with white thread) just following each triangle outline (not in the ditch).
Ah that’s a better photo! There are 9 pinwheel blocks on my future cushion cover. I’ve quilted three already and have just begun on the fourth (the orange one). It’s slow going, but it’s making for a nice relaxing project in the evening .
